Our resource team have been advised of the importance of our privacy statement and we expect them to also follow our same policy. A copy of all emails sent to any of our resource team from this site are sent to us so we can monitor the activity of enquiries and may be used only when our involvement in any joint projects is required or when we know a member of our resource team will not be available for a longer then normal time period eg away on holidays. In those case we will respond directly to the email enquiry.
